Return and Refund Policy

At Karigari Kraft, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted products. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • Return requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be returned within 5 days of purchase, in its original condition, along with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for issues related to color or appearance variations caused by screen differences.

Note: We do not accept returns for items on sale, customized/personalized products, or for reasons related to personal preferences (e.g. color variations due to screen differences).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at  info@karigarikraft.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will arrange free reverse pickup.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (approved at our discretion), you will be responsible for shipping the product back.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (details to be shared by the customer).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items on clearance or discount sale

  • Products returned without original packaging or in used condition

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or your package is missing items:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos as evidence

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate
